Bill is a trial lawyer with experience in a broad range of product liability, mass tort, insurance subrogation, bad faith, and commercial litigation. Bill has represented business entities and individual clients in matters in federal and state courts, and has represented clients in all phases of litigation, including pre-litigation investigation and risk assessment. He has defended multiple individuals and companies in a wide range of matters, including contractual disputes, products liability, commercial trucking, and various tort-based actions. Bill has also acted as national subrogation counsel for a multination insurance carrier, where he was responsible for pursuing subrogation claims from the initial inspection through litigation. Bill has successfully pursued subrogation claims on behalf of property and other first-party insurance carriers with losses incurred from fires, explosions, and natural catastrophes.

While in law school, Bill clerked for the Honorable Arnold L. New in the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas, Civil Division. Prior to law school, Bill attended Lehigh University where he was a captain and two-time All-Patriot League safety on the football team.
