Tracy is a litigator with extensive experience representing corporations in complex litigation involving mass tort and product liability. She has served as defense counsel at the national, regional and local levels in pharmaceutical litigation, including diet drug (In re Phen-Fen), hormone replacement therapy (In re HRT), and contraceptive litigation (In re NuvaRing). She also served as co-defense litigation counsel in the vaginal mesh litigation (In re American Medical Systems, Inc.)
Tracy has also represented corporations in financial services and ERISA litigation.
